Functional Technologies Corp.

Gerri Greenham - Director

Gerri Greenham is a successful entrepreneur in the biotechnology field and is an early-stage investor in the Company. His past experience is highlighted by his role as co-founder, President and CEO of Cobequid Life Sciences. Cobequid, at the time an early-stage pre-revenue fish vaccine business, was acquired from Connaught Laboratories Ltd. in 1984. Under Mr. Greenham's leadership, Cobequid became a world-leader in animal health vaccines. He took this company from a research and development stage to global scale commercial production. This endeavor included setting up production and distribution internationally in a highly regulated global industry; and achieved multi-million dollar sales. The company, listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, was subsequently acquired by Swiss-pharma giant Novartis Life Sciences in 2000. Mr. Greenham is a recipient of a Canada Export Award from International Trade Canada, which recognizes successful Canadian companies that export and market their products and services to markets around the world. Mr. Greenham continues to be active internationally in the bio-life sciences industry.

Mr. Greenham brings a strong and proven business skill set to Functional Technologies' Advisory Board. He has succeeded in taking an R&D biotech project to commercialization; setup and run production and distribution operations for a global market; and financed his initiatives through private means, public markets and government programs. Most significantly he has successfully competed with "major multi-national" competitors to the point where they have had to deal with or acquire his businesses. He is one who has actually been there and done it successfully. His active counsel to Functional Technologies will include leading the Company's commercialization initiatives from an advisory and strategy perspective.
