| Maurice Boucher - Advisory Board Maurice Boucher has more than 25 years' experience in the financial community, most of which has been concentrated in the equity funding and financial market development of early-stage technology companies. Mr. Boucher was a founder, director and CFO of China MobileSoft Ltd., a private wireless software company with operations based in Nanjing, China. In January 2005, China MobileSoft merged with PalmSource, Inc. to form an important broad-based software provider for all mobile communication devices. Mr. Boucher is the president and owner of First Standard Capital Corporation, a private corporation formed in 1989 that invests in, and provides Corporate Finance services to, early-stage companies. He is also co-founder and partner of One Degree Capital Corp., a Vancouver-based venture capital firm formed in 2000 to provide finance, market advisory and investor relations services. Mr. Boucher and the other principals of One Degree Capital Corp. have extensive experience working with early-stage companies in the food technology and nutraceutical industries. |
